This are notes from Udacity remote team management, most of them are just a copy paste on the course itself. The course was nothing difficult. Could have been done in 10 min or less. They did expanded the topic for hours to analyze the challenges that remote working impose.  Tools for Connecting Remote Talent. Teams don’t have to be in the same time zone to effectively collaborate. You’ll want the right mix of tools that can support both synchronous and asynchronous interactions because chances are you won’t all be online at exactly the same time. It can also be helpful to facilitate face-to-face interactions to create more of a “watercooler vibe” with remote workers. Good communication isn’t just limited to chatting and meetings either.
